Delivery

Cost.

Our standard shipping cost to the UK mainland and NI is £5.99 per 24 capacity size case.
European shipping rates vary by destination country and is calculated at checkout. European shipping rates are also per 24 capacity case. (See below for more information regarding international shipping.)

330ml cans only fill 1/2 capacity space and so our 24 capacity case will hold 48 x 330ml cans.


Free Shipping. 

Free shipping is available to all UK orders over £50.00. Spend over £50.00 in a single transaction and the shipping cost of £5.99 will be deducted automatically at the checkout. Only available for UK orders. 


What to expect.

Orders will be shipped as promptly as possible and aim to be shipped within 1-3 working days and with you within 2-4 working days in the UK. Orders to more remote areas can take longer.

European shipping times will vary depending on the destination country however most should be delivered 3-10 days after you receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. 

In the UK, deliveries will be made Monday to Friday. Bank Holidays excluded.

PRE-ORDER beers will continue to be processed as normal from the day after canning date. 

After you have placed your order, we will send you an email confirming we have received it. When your order is processed and shipped we will send you another email to let you know. If you have provided a valid UK mobile telephone number our courier will alert you with tracking and delivery information including giving you a 1hr time slot on the day of the delivery.


Collect from the brewery.

We now offer a collect from the brewery option. To do this choose the 'Collect From the Brewery' option at the checkout.

Collections can be made from the brewery on Monday to Fridays only, between 11am until 5pm.  We have a dedicated collection desk where you will be asked for your order number, name and address. For collection from the brewery we will observe local licence laws for offsales including checking ID for age verification where deemed nessessary. 

Ready to collect emails will be sent when your order is ready to collect. Orders placed within opening hours will be ready within 15/30 minutes after ordering. Please bear with us if we are busy. Last orders should be made no later than 16:30 for same day collections. 

During these times please observe government guidelines regarding essential travel, face coverings and social distancing when considering collecting from the brewery. The collection desk has social distancing measures in place to ensure your safety and the safety of our colleagues.

International Orders.

International Shipping available in selected countries within Europe only.

Cases will be shipped by our courier DHL. Shipping costs are set by DHL and vary depending on county. Prices for specific countries is calculated at checkout.  Delivery times vary  by country however should be delivered between 2 -7 days after you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. 

All prices are shown in GBP. For international orders, please provide a FULL NAME and local phone number, including country code (for example, +44 for UK), which the courier can use to contact you in the event that they need more information to complete the delivery. 

We are currently only able to ship within Europe. Some European countries also have exclusions due to strict regulations out with our control. 

VAT and Customs/Import Charges for online orders.

As these orders are paid for in the UK, VAT is payable on all online shop orders regardless of the final destination country. We keep all international surcharges to a minimum where possible, but this charge is not something we have the ability to waiver.

Orders (including gifts) may be subject to unexpected local taxes / customs charges. Customers are responsible for these costs and should ensure they are happy to pay them prior to ordering. If you later decide to reject the goods, when a customs charge is applicable, we reserve the right to deduct shipping and any other costs incurred prior to processing any refund.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
